After a morning of white water rafting on the upper Colorado river
We had such a beautiful day and really enjoyed sharing the experience w/ our friends - Britain really enjoyed having Julia and Holly to play w/
Jennifer and I sat up front - which is apparently the wettest place to be - man was that water cold
Britain started out on the outside because she wanted to paddle but later switched w/ Holly when she decided it was a lot of work
Midway we stopped for some jumping into the frigid river - only Kevin and Trey were brave enough to jump from the top of the cliff w/ the guide
It was about a 30 foot drop - I don't have pictures but the kids and I just jumped from about 3 feet and that was enough adventure for me
Man - why did we act all macho for our wives - that was crazy
I don't have a great picture of Brady but here he is enjoying the ride
We saw a bald eagle that was pretty cool
Ty - contemplating the creation of man - or just bored - hard to tell w/ him
Meanwhile - back at the ranch - Celia played w/ MeMe
And then we joined them for some afternoon watermelon
And a little more park time
The library there was so neat - they had a gazillion games and books and toys you could check out so that you don't have to bring your own. It was also a great place to just go and play w/ Celia.
Kevin and Trey jumping - I mostly missed Trey - I didn't realize they would jump so close together.

What a fun trip! I wish my hubby was a little more "outdoorsy".
