Getty museum w/ cousins:)

So its the last week of June and school is out and its time for the cousins to come visit us!!!!
Our first stop was the Getty museum and we had a great time.
We started off w/ a little art project. First you explore and sketch.


And then they gave us all sorts of cool materials to create our sketch in 3D. Even Aunt Jan and I got to participate. When we got hope we made Uncle Trey guess who had created which artwork.

Then we explored the kids museum area a little bit.

Then it was time for a little lunch and free time to play.
Boy don't boys and girls play dif't:) Actually if you look in the above picture you'll notice the girls are in hot pursuit of the boys.

Then on to a little art lesson - we have so much fun taking these classes.

Cara may be blond at heart
But then so might Ty be.

And of course the girls loved the blue Victorian bed



We had beautiful weather and Trey watched Celia for us - so that Jan, I, and the bigger kids could really enjoy ourselves at the museum - it was a great first day of our summer.
