A lot of schools do a project based on a book Flat Stanley - who wakes up 2 dimensional and is able to travel the world in envelopes. So Ty's First Grade class made flat versions of themselves and here he is starting out on his trip to China w/ Meme and Aunt Zandra:) His flat Ty traveled the furthest in his classroom!!!MeMe actually got quite sick on her retirement trip to China - so I think Flat Ty may have enjoyed the trip even more than his MeMe - which makes us sad that her trip was not all that she hoped for:(
Flat Ty also likes to climb trees:)
And of course he walked a little on the Great Wall of China w/ his Aunt Zandra!!!

John David had to do this - though his Flat JD only went to Jackson! I love this project...and China is very impressive indeed!!
