Ty has a friend Austin that comes all the way from Australia to visit his grandmother and we all love it when they are here - we play outside and Ty and Brit are entertained for two weeks. They got a little TOO adventurous this time though. Look how proud they are of themselves and then check out how high they are in the next picture.
They were banned from the climbing this particular tree even though the next day I caught them racing to see who could climb it the fastest- like that seems safe?!?! (Ty might have been in a little bit of trouble)
Britain on the other hand keeps her feet a little closer to the ground - here she is getting to bring the class pet Squirt home and we took some pictures of them tree climbing together.
Britain also played a little dress up w/ Squirt.
Meanwhile - Celia learned that if she crawls into P.D.'s bed she has his undivided attention. Yes - I have bought beds for Pete - but he prefers our dirty laundry basket - to the point that I sometimes put clean clothes in for him to sleep in. On the rare occasion I'm caught up on laundry he looks so sad when he comes in to go to bed and the basket is empty and then he whines for me to put clothes in it.

that's so cute that Pete sleeps in your laundry basket! My cat used to do that. You have quite the tree climber on your hands!
