Our new little girl Celia Asher Polk was born on 10-28-08 at 10:06 AM. She weighs 8 pounds 3 oz and is 20 in long. (1 oz less than Britain). We are calling her our treat most of the time and occasionally our trick. So far she has been really good and seems to be thriving.My water broke at 12:30 the night before and we went straight to the hospital where they took good care of Celia and mom. Right after delivery they did take her to the nursery for extra oxygen (Trey stayed w/ her) - and delivered her back to mom about 3 hours later.
We came on home on the 29th to actually get some rest and are beginning to feel better.
So far she looks a lot like Britain's baby pictures. Ty and Brit are very excited (maybe a little too much) - but are very excited about their new sissy. Ty asked me why I still have a big belly - don't you just love kids!!!

Oh, yeah! She is beautiful! And you are too, a little bit before delivering. We will be praying that the adjustment to 3 goes smoothly (and for the big belly to go down :P).
